Pura Vida

There is something so simple & idyllic about life in the tropics. Life can get so complicated, but the spectacular blaze of the sunset over the ocean or the sound of waves crashing in the backdrop of the day-to-day is a reminder of how simple life actually can be. For this work I wanted to capture the fun and simplicity of my surroundings while living the tropical pura vida lifestyle of Costa Rica. There is no big intellectual understory for these pieces. They capture fun and simplicity and they were fun and simple to create!
